MMM {weekend} Topshop + Accessorize + Marni

I am SWEATING. It has been hot this week and so NOT the right time to wear a black dress on appointments in the West End. Anyway, this weekend my lovely in-laws have got the kids, so we are planning a date night and a couple of lies-in. Although you know I will be wide awake at 6am as per.

Getting my colour on

I wore my favourite & Other Stories dress to work this week and went for a colour mash up with a red Jaeger bag plus accessories from new online brand Accessoryo. The J Crew-esque earrings cost £12.99 and the bright yellow shades were £8.95. I KNOW.

Art You Grew Up With prints for Charlie and Lila, original and limited edition art

It was the Selfridges Christmas in July event on Wednesday, which was personalisation heaven. They were showing off the wares that’ll be around for Xmas (I know, wanted EVERYTHING) which all had a gold or personalised theme. And we were lucky enough to be able to experience some of the brands and services ourselves. One idea for Christmas presents was from art brand Art You Grew Up With, who are doing limited edition personalised Mr Men and Little Miss prints through Selfridges. Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea at The Sanderson

My lovely friend Louise treated me to the Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea at The Sanderson hotel which was UH-MAZING. There were even little bottles saying ‘drink me.’ And no we didn’t manage all this. But we gave it a good go.
